Credit Card Payment Methods and Pricing
City Ice Pavilion accepts major credit cards and other approved electronic payment methods. By submitting payment, the purchaser represents and warrants that they are authorized to use the selected payment method.
All prices displayed represent standard, non-discounted rates unless otherwise expressly stated. No credit card surcharge or additional processing fee shall be applied to any transaction.
City Ice Pavilion reserves the right to modify pricing, fees, and accepted payment methods at any time without prior notice.
Refunds, Cancellations, and Registration Terms
All sales are final. Upon completion of any transaction, all registrations, purchases, and payments made to City Ice Pavilion are non-refundable, non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and may not be modified, reassigned, rescheduled, or otherwise altered under any circumstances.
By completing registration, the Participant (and/or Parent/Guardian, if applicable) acknowledges and agrees that payment secures a reserved space in a designated program, session, activity, or service, and does not guarantee actual attendance or utilization of such space.
Failure to attend or utilize any scheduled program, in whole or in part, shall not entitle the Participant to any refund, credit, make-up, transfer, rescheduling, or compensation of any kind, nor relieve the Participant of any payment obligations.
This policy applies without limitation to absences or non-participation resulting from illness, injury, medical conditions, personal scheduling conflicts, travel, weather conditions, public health events (including but not limited to COVID-19), or any other cause whatsoever.
Exceptions, if any, shall be granted solely at the exclusive and absolute discretion of City Ice Pavilion, and only in the event of a cancellation directly initiated by City Ice Pavilion.
Chargebacks and Payment Disputes
By completing a transaction, the Participant agrees not to initiate any chargeback, dispute, or payment reversal with any financial institution or payment provider.
In the event a chargeback or dispute is initiated, the Participant acknowledges and agrees that:
- Such action constitutes a material breach of these Terms and Conditions;
- City Ice Pavilion reserves the right to immediately suspend or terminate access to all programs, services, and facilities without prior notice;
- The Participant shall remain fully liable for the original transaction amount, in addition to any applicable chargeback fees, administrative costs, collection fees, and legal expenses, including reasonable attorneys’ fees;
- City Ice Pavilion reserves the right to present this agreement and all related transaction records as evidence in dispute proceedings.
City Ice Pavilion further reserves the right to refer any outstanding balances to a third-party collections agency and to deny future registration or service access.
Payment Information Security
City Ice Pavilion implements reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect payment information. All credit card transactions are processed through secure third-party payment processors. City Ice Pavilion does not store full credit card information on its servers.
Payment information shall not be sold, rented, or disclosed to third parties except as necessary to complete transactions, prevent fraud, enforce these Terms, or comply with applicable laws and regulations.
Acknowledgment and Acceptance of Terms
By proceeding with registration or completing a transaction, the Participant (and/or Parent/Guardian) acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Payment, Refund, and Credit Card Policy Terms.
Failure to comply with these terms may result in suspension or termination of participation privileges and/or additional legal action, as permitted by law.
